H3 Port Stephens is a luxury, waterfront duplex overlooking the calm waters of beautiful Port Stephens.

From your front doors its just a few metres to your own white sandy beach with calm waters perfect for kids of all ages.

The purpose built beach house has stunning views from nearly every room in the house and the terrace balcony with a large outdoor dining table, sun lounges, Webber BBQ is a beautiful focal point to enjoy family dinners and those glorious seaside sunsets.

All the essentials are provided along with lots of little luxuries including a Smart TV, Wifi, Mac computer and an 8 seater dining table.

H3 is only a few minutes drive to lots of great restaurants including The Anchorage, Bannisters and Shoal Bay Country Club. The hub of Nelson Bay is just a 10 minute drive and the Salamander Bay Shopping Village is even closer. We are 2 1/2 hours from Sydney, 1 hour from the Hunter Valley Vineyards and 20 minutes from Newcastle Airport.

Port Stephens is home to some amazing fresh produce including our famous oysters and loads of fresh seafood. Pick up some fresh prawns and oysters from the co-op and then sit back and enjoy the sunset. If you feel like cooking up a storm, the kitchen is fully equipped to entertain with a Smeg oven, dishwasher, microwave, gas cook top and a large fridge with ice maker and filtered water.
